With 20 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, our Chef started cooking as early as he could remember while growing up in Wisconsin. He received his culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago. His main cuisine of expertise is preparing Italian dishes. When he isn’t cooking, he loves music, the outdoors, animals, sports, and most of all his family and friends.

Our restaurant has multiple private dinning spaces that can be used for intimate feasts or business meetings, and our ballroom is idyllic for larger events. Chef McGrath creates weekly features that showcase his broad range of culinary skills with his unique and daring takes on classic dishes and international favorites. We use the freshest ingredients, sourcing locally when we can, to produce innovative and seasonal menu items to delight our patrons. Sit at our bar and you’ll see that the innovation and commitment to freshness continue. Our signature, seasonal, & dessert drink menus use freshly squeezed juices and house-made syrups in their recipes to compliment the premium spirits used in them.
